Digital Service Nature
FreeStenoHub provides intangible, digital learning access including typing tests, shorthand dictations, and Pitman exercises. Due to the immediate availability and digital nature of our platform, all sales are final.
Strict No Refund Policy
We do not offer any refunds, partial or full, for any of our membership plans, subscription renewals, or digital products under any circumstances once the payment is successful and access is granted.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for reasons including but not limited to: change of mind, lack of exam preparation time, failure to use the platform, technical issues on the user's end, or dissatisfaction with the content.
Duplicate Payments
In the rare event of a duplicate payment due to a technical error on our gateway, please contact our support team with proof of transaction. Only verified duplicate charges for the exact same plan will be reviewed for adjustment or refund.
Account Termination
If your account is terminated or suspended due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., account sharing, abusive behavior), no refund will be provided for any remaining subscription period.
