No Cancellation Allowed
Once a membership plan or digital service has been successfully purchased and activated, it cannot be cancelled. All purchases are final and binding.
Immediate Access
Because FreeStenoHub provides immediate digital access to typing tests, shorthand dictations, Pitman exercises, and other premium tools upon payment confirmation, we cannot accept any cancellation requests.
Non-Recurring Payments
Currently, our membership plans are one-time payments for a specific duration (e.g., monthly, yearly). There is no auto-renewal system, so there is no need to manually cancel any upcoming charges.
Account Deletion
If you no longer wish to use FreeStenoHub, you can simply stop using our platform. You may also request for your account to be deleted by contacting our support team, but please note that this will not entitle you to any refunds for the remaining active membership period.
