5 Minutes That Will Save Your Wrists Perform this sequence every afternoon at your desk: Wrist Flexor Stretch: Extend your right arm forward, palm facing up, and use your left hand to gently pull your fingers downward toward your body. Hold 15s. Repeat on left hand. Wrist Extensor Stretch: Extend arm forward, palm facing down, and pull fingers toward your body. Hold 15s. Finger Spiders: Press fingertips together and push palms inward and outward rhythmically. Shoulder Shrugs: Roll shoulders back 10 times to release upper trapezius stiffness.
